*Conference fees are folded into the price of the cruise. We cannot offer a discount for non-writers who are cruising with attendees. Prices quoted are reserved rates of category 4E Interior, 6L Ocean View, and 8D Balcony Double Occupancy rate. Prices will fluctuate if these reserved cabins sell out. A conference cancellation fee of $50 will be kept for all cancellations up until October 20th. No cancellation refunds will be given for the conference portion after October 20th. Your cabin may not be refundable if you booked with a non-refundable down payment, unless you’ve purchased the travel insurance through Carnival.
