*The price of payment protection plans will be charged on top of the deposit. Conference fees are folded into the price of the cruise. We cannot offer a discount for non-writers who are cruising with attendees. Prices will fluctuate, make your second payment to secure your cabin price right now. A conference cancellation fee of $50 will be kept for all cancellations up until October 20th. No cancellation refunds will be given for the conference portion after October 20th. Your cabin may not be refundable if you booked with a non-refundable down payment, unless you’ve purchased the travel insurance through Carnival.
